1 Bryndias Cottages is set in peaceful countryside, two miles from Pembrey and can sleep four people. This cottage is set mostly on the ground floor and has a mezzanine double bedroom, a room with twin beds, a shower room, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner and a shared utility in a separate building. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a seating area in front of the cottage and a shared lawned garden behind the cottage. 1 Bryndias Cottages is a wonderful holiday base.
Accommodation
Freestanding electric heaters with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Power and fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front and rear lawned gardens. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 2 miles. Note: The mezzanine bedroom has limited headroom with open beams and sloping ceilings and is accessed up space saver stairs with rope to hold, not suitable for children or those with limited mobility. Note: There is a fenced pond and an open stream in the grounds, children to be supervised. Note: The gardens are part of the owner's 40-acre farm, dogs must be kept on a lead when outside. Note: Cottage accessed down an uneven road 200 yards long. |
